if i could ZERO STARS I WOULD , i went two days in a row looking to buy a recliner, both times i was ignored, very very terrible customer service, just a bunch of old salesman who don't care about their job, i cannot stress how terrible this place is , i will never go back and i hope no one else does too
If I could leave zero stars, I would. When I first walked in an employee was sitting in a chair (very inappropriately I might add) and instead of offering to help just assumed I was there to pick up something and ordered me to the back of the store. He never asked if he could help or even bothered to get up. The staff was rude and not very helpful and when a problem arouse with ordering they treated it like they were doing me a favor when it was their screwup! I will NEVER shop here again!
