Love my salesman Rick, he was there when I was just window shopping and a few weeks later, he greeted us (me and my fiancé) as if we are old friends. Helped us make the perfect selection for furniture..perfect! Horrible customer service. I had a schedule delivery date for the 21st I got a voicemail on the 19th to call them back and confirm my delivery. I called to confirm my delivery I talked with 2 different ladies who argued and saying that my furniture would be delivered the 20th. Ok fine I'll change my schedule to work around them. Called them one more time this morning to confirm my delivery the lady I talked to confirmed it would be delivered that day. Good salespeople...but other than that, Bel furniture is horrible. Terrible delivery. Our furniture was dirty and damaged when it was delivered. The movers didn't care enough to treat our expensive purchase with care. I sent the furniture back and demanded a refund. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Go to Furniture NOW instead. Family run business that cares about its customers from sales to delivery and everything in between.
We bought a living room set over a month ago and to this day we have not received the full set. Once they finally delivered after many false attempts and us having to miss work to be home they would have a reason why they changed the date , the time of delivery. On the 3rd day they finally came out, and as we expected, 2 pieces of the 3 piece DAMAGED. i orders two items that were floor models, on a Saturday. Was told they can't deliver till Thursday, fine. i stayed home all Thursday, no show. When I called them they said I didnt pay for delivery, and its been arranged for pick up. That was so wrong. A whole day wasted. I purchased furniture in Jan 2017 with sales person Veronica. She was great and helpful the entire process. Delivery was scheduled for 2/21/17 upon assembly I inspected the furniture and found many dings, scratches, and tarnished paint on my bedroom set. I immediately reported it to both the delivery men and called the store before signing any papers. I was told that a technician would be out 2/28/17. I dont recommend this store!! Bad service, I bought furniture 5 years ago and I paid $500 for the warranty plan. Since it's already been 5 years I tried to claim my $500, and they said I have to come personally to the store to get that $500 store credit. The problem is I already move to another state and it's impossible for me to come to San Antonio. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any store period. First, even though everything we ordered was available in the warehouse, it took a few weeks for them to deliver everything and we agreed to a delivery date of 09/18. That Saturday, they bring the wrong couch. While that is frustrating we understand mistakes are made. Wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing here! Bad quality, terrible customer service and flat out liars! It will take at least a month to get your items, but expect that to be pushed back a week a few different times. To address the claim of bad quality: Bought an entire living room set, 1.5 years after purchasing the leather ripped when I was just sitting barefoot in the recliner and pushed down for the recliner to close to the seated position.
