So I went to bels and the service in store was great! They were very helpful but when it came time to pick up the sofa we got charged wrong. Also when we brought the couch back to our apartment (up three flights of stairs) the sectional was two different colors! A brown version and a black. Now WE have to take it back and switch out the wrong piece... Such an inconvenience.

It is currently January 5, 2015 and I am still waiting to receive the furniture I purchased on October 8, 2014. They gave us an "approximate" date of delivery of 10/20/14. On this date we received no call, no confirmation, nothing from Bel's until I decided to call at 1 pm. They informed us that they had changed the date to 10/29/14. Very inconvenient since we took a day off of work to wait for the items. So, I press them and they are able to find some people to bring the furniture...at 10 pm. Terrible furniture store! It has taken over a month to get a piece of furniture and when we called to get statuses on our furniture we were put on hold and transferred to another representative whom we had to repeat everything we had just told the first one. I will never purchase anything else from them! What a disappointment! I ordered on the beginning of this month and promised to have my furniture in 15 days. VERY DISSATISFIED! ! I hate I ever went to this store. I had to convince my husband because he didn't want to go. We spent a good amount of money for a king bedroom set and mattress. Delivery people came out...my mirror was broke (which they never told me), my night stand did not have holes in the bottom of it for the legs (instead of them telling me which they knew did not have holes they just left it) called the office to let them know instead of ordering me a new one, they sent someone out about 2 weeks later to fix it w... read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Our ($2,000) table was delivered in August damaged we are now in November. We were supposed to have received the replaced table in two weeks on a Friday. We got a call on that Friday saying the truck was coming in late from out of town the table would be delivered the next day a Saturday. It never got delivered. Since then we have been told it will be delivered in 2 weeks but nothing. If I could give them less than one star I would...we went in to buy a bed frame that we saw advertised in the sale paper for $288. We looked at few others and eventually settled on another for $10 more. We asked the salesperson to go ahead and ring us up, the ad in store (and also in the sale paper)said king or queen for $298, great deal! He came back and said they were actually out of stock, so we asked if he could sell us the display. ***dishonest, they were happy to take my money and not deliver what i purchased and then not give me a refund! best advice to you, shop somewhere else or you will be disappinted. and out of cash.

This company is the worst! ...They have horrible customer service, for one. We purchased a dinning room and bedroom set. At the time, I put the items on layaway on $1,3044. 71. I paid it off in less then a month. Then when I went to pick it up. They told me that they didn't have the dinning room set. To make matters worse, they tried to give me some goofy instore credit of theirs and that I had two months to use it and on top of that, they wanted to sell me a piece of junk, lower quality item then what I had selected first.... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I bought two mattress sets here when I moved to SA. one set is good the other Sealy boxspring is defective. I called the "customer service" and they sent out a person to take pictures, they then sent someone out to pick up the mattress and box spring. They only took the mattress which was fine and left the box spring which had totally came apart.
