We bought a living room set over a month ago and to this day we have not received the full set. Once they finally delivered after many false attempts and us having to miss work to be home they would have a reason why they changed the date , the time of delivery. On the 3rd day they finally came out, and as we expected, 2 pieces of the 3 piece DAMAGED. i orders two items that were floor models, on a Saturday. Was told they can't deliver till Thursday, fine. i stayed home all Thursday, no show. When I called them they said I didnt pay for delivery, and its been arranged for pick up. That was so wrong. A whole day wasted. The man said I promise your items will be delivered first thing Friday morning. He was so sorry for the mixup. i have a million things to do, but ok ill pustpone things for another morning. I purchased furniture in Jan 2017 with sales person Veronica. She was great and helpful the entire process. Delivery was scheduled for 2/21/17 upon assembly I inspected the furniture and found many dings, scratches, and tarnished paint on my bedroom set. I immediately reported it to both the delivery men and called the store before signing any papers. I was told that a technician would be out 2/28/17. I dont recommend this store!! Bad service, I bought furniture 5 years ago and I paid $500 for the warranty plan. Since it's already been 5 years I tried to claim my $500, and they said I have to come personally to the store to get that $500 store credit. The problem is I already move to another state and it's impossible for me to come to San Antonio. Then I said if I can tell my sister to claim it because my sister still lives in that area but they said I'm the one that has to come. There was no solution and they won't give ... read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any store period. First, even though everything we ordered was available in the warehouse, it took a few weeks for them to deliver everything and we agreed to a delivery date of 09/18. That Saturday, they bring the wrong couch. While that is frustrating we understand mistakes are made. But the frustrating part is being placed on hold and the warehouse not returning our calls so that we can discuss how they will fix this problem. After calling them again, we resche... read more

Wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing here! Bad quality, terrible customer service and flat out liars! It will take at least a month to get your items, but expect that to be pushed back a week a few different times. To address the claim of bad quality: Bought an entire living room set, 1.5 years after purchasing the leather ripped when I was just sitting barefoot in the recliner and pushed down for the recliner to close to the seated position. Unfortunately you have to give a star to leave a review. First of all they got our furniture order wrong, twice. Went to pick up the bar stools we ordered and they were incorrect. They said they would deliver the correct ones out, well they delivered the wrong bar stools again. Upon delivery, the driver took down a power line with the truck. The "manager", Elizabeth, I spoke with was absolutely was completely useless. I had called several times and left her MANY messages to call me back and to get someone out to fix this. I ordered a dinning room 7 pieces set (a long table with six chairs) about two months ago. it took 3 weeks to get them delivered to me. The staff delivering the furniture was in such a hurry and they just dumped everything and left. When inspecting the furniture, I found one of the chairs has dirty spot on the seat, and the table leaf has a small dent on it. Horrible service I will never go buy furniture there again if i could rate this place no stars I would its been about 2 months I ordered my table and chairs and still have not received a complete set this is so rediculas dont buy anything from them....
