So where do I start, ok so my wife and I just built a new home so in planning ahead we wanted to purchase a sofa set and dining room 2 months before moving in to avoid any delays. if i could ZERO STARS I WOULD , i went two days in a row looking to buy a recliner, both times i was ignored, very very terrible customer service, just a bunch of old salesman who don't care about their job, i cannot stress how terrible this place is , i will never go back and i hope no one else does too
If I could leave zero stars, I would. When I first walked in an employee was sitting in a chair (very inappropriately I might add) and instead of offering to help just assumed I was there to pick up something and ordered me to the back of the store. He never asked if he could help or even bothered to get up. The staff was rude and not very helpful and when a problem arouse with ordering they treated it like they were doing me a favor when it was their screwup! I will NEVER shop here again!
I order my furniture back in April 2015. I ordered a Full size bedroom set, which included the bed frame, long dresser, chest of drawers, and a night stand. I also ordered a small pink couch. My FIRST delivery date was May 18, 2015. My window was from 6pm-8pm. The delivery men showed up at 845pm. The delivery man couldn't speak English. very poor customer service. had a recliner handle break. they ordered a new one and it took 2 months to get. after the new cable was only 3 months old it started to break again. they basically said too bad. no warranty, have to buy a new one again.
I would give them a zero if I could! Buyer beware! My dresser mirror arrived cracked, furniture was not wrapped/packaged when it came into my house. It was dusty/dirty (I had to clean it with pledge!!!), multiple scratches and cracked wood. You would never be able to tell that it was "new." Delivery company was not professional at all. Receptionist was rude on the phone and the manager didn't even try to make me a happy customer by making it right. I definitely regret this purchase; not worth the money and hassle. they lie. they take forever. they try to fix the pieces that arrive damaged. they are terrible.
Our sales person was great Mr. Leonard. He was very patient. But other than that if I could give bell furniture a zero I would their customer service stinks their delivery service is by far the worst I've ever seen the manager let's not get started on him I will never purchase any more furniture from Bell! One calls in to check The status of their furniture gets placed on hold for 20+ minutes each time calling and being told four customers ahead of you.
