This place is a joke. $3,000 dollars, 2 weeks to get everything. it arrives damaged and or missing pieces. Everyone says the right thing to apparently make it right but those promises arent kept. They say they will call you back, and no one returns your call. Every time I call and ask for a manager, they're always too busy to get to the phone. Dont waste your time here, spend your hard earned money somewhere else, Bel Furniture WILL NOT keep their promises and will only keep disappointing you.

Horrible customer service and organization. We went to purchase a dining room set and a living room table set, and the prices that were announced went even the prices, the living room set was 80 dollars more than advertised and the dining set didn't even have a price, the sells person told us it was 2300 and when we checked online it was 1900, big difference, when we told them about these changes, they first said it was because they had a sale that ended Tuesday and they haven't taken down the signs, its FRIDAY!! Don't bother shopping here. If you do decide to purchase, the wait is 6 weeks long minimum for furniture. First delivery l, they didn't bring one of my items. I had to call weeks later to remind them my order wasn't complete. Then the delivery service is ridiculous. They never give you a specific delivery time. They tell you things like "delivery is between 3-7pm today". And they're supposed to give you a call 30 minutes before they arrive. I didn't get that call either. Please take your business elsewhere and do not give the store/company your money. This store delivered the wrong furniture and when we called to address/correct, were told we had an unpaid balance with no call or interaction to even let us know. From there was told nothing other than we have to contact corporate to correct. Customer service and the manager at this store are horrible.
This has to be the worst furniture store I have ever done business with. Their magic phrase when you buy furniture at the store is "two weeks". More like two moths, when you get your fThey ordered the wrong rug for me, their delivery service is horrible, and their furniture is not up to the quality as it is at the store. My first time shopping Bel Furniture. I was surprised by the quality of furniture. You get what you pay for (actually much less). They had one person loading my furniture. When I got it home and removed the furniture from the boxes, it was either scratched or broke. As I looked at the broken and/or scratched furniture, I see just how cheap this "wood" is. Doubtful I will be back.
junk is what they sell!!!! Bought a sofa set with built in recliners, sofa has a hole due to cheap made material, recliners do not stay up, and my sofa is coming apart at the seams!!!!! 2 year old furniture already going to garbage!!!! WILL NEVER, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN,,,,,NEVER!!!!!
Do not go here. Everything after purchase was a disaster...furniture weeks late..pieces missing and box taped back up. Manager told me for my inconvenience they would reorder or refund...no kidding! No apology, no compensation for their horrible service, they even tried to blame the distributor. No way it was shipped opened with the legs and the bolts for them taken out of packaging. Go without if this is the last place to get an item, it will be late, missing or damaged
