Meghan at Berlin City Honda was excellent. We spoke several times before our trip from a couple of hours away to ensure a smooth transition from the moment we got there so we weren’t spending all day at the dealership. She was upfront and honest about everything regarding the van I purchased, and fielded all my (many) questions with kindness and courtesy. I love my new car! Megan Cogswell was awesome! She was patient while I was choosing which car, and while I was debating if a new car was the right decision. The finance department was also awesome! They walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions! The overall experience was probably the best I have ever had at a dealership.
We made the mistake of buying a used 2012 Honda Insight from a different dealer. It wasn't until we replaced the engine twice that we discovered there was a design flaw in the engine (Yeah, we should have figured it out the first time). We were faced with thousands of dollars worth of repairs, and we still owed money on it. We went to Berlin City Honda and explained that I have had a great relationship with Honda since 1983. Great dealership and our salesman Steve was so professional and friendly and set up our phones, explained all the safety features of our new HRV Sport . Berlin City Honda had the right color too. I’m going to recommend Berlin City to my relatives.
Just took home my 2024 Honda CRV, and I couldn’t be happier! My salesman, Cody, was fantastic and helpful throughout the process, and got me every deal he possibly could. I couldn’t recommend Berlin City and Cody more!
