Something happened to my door during service so when you opened it, it would rub on the fender and they didnt even fix it until I went back in and advised it was not like that when I dropped it off. How many times was the door opened and closed before I got into it, and they just ignored it. Kind of sad.
Good! Gave me choices and prices of each, plus consequences!
Meh- they first put in the wrong part, and then after getting some rear suspension parts replaced, the rear of the vehicle now has this annoying squealing noise. The car feels worse for the visit.
computer problem was not resolved
Did not originally charge me the discounted rate. Had to tell them. They should have know that as I was called by someone who told me the oil change was 23.95 and set me up with the appointment. Better record keeping:(
At first I thought everything was great. They offered me a great deal in an oil change and inspection and got it done with minimal hassle. Then after driving about 10 miles out of town, the splash guard on the bottom of my car fell down and started dragging. They failed to fasten it back on after the oil change. So my weekend was pretty much taken up with getting my car back to them. They will order a new part, because that one is trashed, and I'll have to go back in again to have it put on.
Absolutely Horrible! Broke my driver's seat, vandalized the inside of my car. EpiPen, missing and glove compartment was ransacked. handfuls of sand all over seats. Tosed garbage and floor mats on back seat. Took 2 days waiting over 2 hours each time. After I noticed car was vandalized I asked to speak to a Mgr. told no mgrs at this location. Then told I need to get my car out of the way of paying customers worse service ever in my life and know have to spend $ fixing there damages to my car
Tech said could not duplicate issue with right blinker sound not turning off after turn completion. I did just leaving the lot! Also, could not determine why cigarette lighter/ charger didn't work without further diagnostics. Charged me $50 for NOT fixing either issue.
