I scheduled my appointment via telephone with Berlin City customer service. I showed up to my service appointment on Friday 08/23 at 4:45 pm, but front desk service employee told me to come back on Saturday 08/24. It is nice to receive a phone call or email to reschedule an appointment. Poor customer service.
Checking in took more than 10 minutes before I was waited on. Work took 45 minutes more than promised.
Brought in for front end noise, was told power steering pump needed to be replaced. Work completed, still have the noise.
Good friendly but too expensive
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
My warranty is not being honored. We were told it is a 7 year twice, one when we bought the car and another time when we tried to cancel the warranty. It clearly states that it is a 7 year, we were told by Honda Corp that it is a 7 year. Honda care said it is the dealer who is giving us false information. The dealer said is is Honda. Were we lied to by Berlin city Honda, Portland me to get a extra 2000$.. and for the record I would have never bought a 3 year for 2000$.
Courteous and work seemed to be completed just fine, but price gouging is an understatement.
Very disappointed with how car was returned. Dirty and grease on interior door in lots of spots. Interior is ivory so very apparent
The woman who checked me in made me wait for 10 minutes while she stood and gossiped with a technician who was in a car getting ready to leave. They both knew I was there because the tech in the car kept looking at me.
