I feel that the wait time is always extremely underquoted. Both times I have been in for service, I was quoted 1-1/2 hours. Both times it took at least 3 hours. I also feel that work is being done that actually isnt needed. I probably wont be back for service as Prime Honda does a better job.

Dealer service records not up to date. Could not find previously completed service records in their system. Could have been costly had I not kept all my service records.
Would not recommend this dealership whatsoever. They argued about a lifetime warranty item. Seatbelt that needed replacement. Refused to replace but my manual states lifetime warranty Terrible service.
Very slow people un experience service! Oil change takes a hour and haf
Clerks at triage desk seem to be clueless and provide no feedback on work done or condition of car. Dealing with this service organization is like talking to a cosmic black hole... all input with no output or guidance. In two years, I have yet to talk with a knowledgeable service person about anything.
