2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Horrible service
Service was not as one would expect for a large dealership like Berlin City. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told that there were cars in the shop that would not be finished in time for mine to be serviced after I had already scheduled an appointment. I was disappointed that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of me having to reschedule. My second appointment started with a text saying I needed a service that was not what we had discuses, and ended with me rescheduling.
I advised them that I needed to use the courtesy shuttle for a ride home. I was told it would take approximately 90 minutes and to wait for shuttle. After almost an hour, a driver came asking if anyone needed a ride to the mall. I said I needed a ride home & he said he couldn't take me. At this point, I thought I only had 30 minutes left, so I told the tech I would wait. He said he would put a rush on it. I waited a total of 2.5 hours! Shuttle service is a joke! I missed time from work.
I was mailed an offer for a full synthetic oil change for a specific Honda car I own. The offer included a free car wash, brake and multipoint inspection. I took them up on the offer. On checking out I was given a coupon for a free car wash nearby. They did not perform a car wash. When I got home I noticed that the work order was for a full synthetic oil change, but the line item for the oil stated synthetic blend, not full synthetic. They claim that is the correct oil. Bait and switch.
Not ready on time, staff were unprofessional, shuttle driver was crazy driver, this was a bad experience
Told me it would be just over an hour wait time. Took 2 hours. Said on invoice they washed/detailed my car. That was never done
I waited an hour and a half for my prescheduled state inspection.
Service too slow. Expected to be there for 2-2 1/2 hours, was there for 3 hours and they were not able to complete the service, have to return for car wash. Upon arrival, the garage door opened to let us go in, after we were in everyone was busy, talking on phone or doing other things, didn't seem interested in why we were there. I had to seek somebody out, then wait.
1500 appointment time. It took 3 1/2 hours to change oil, rotate tires, reset low tire pressure warning and change differential fluid. I dont mind waiting a reasonable amount of time but come on...
