I waited over 2.5 hours then I had to go out to the service area to find out what was going on The service advisor didnt seem to know Thankfully another advisor stepped in

It took 15 minutes for a service agent to approach me in my car and ask why I was there!!!! It was exasperating!! There were many Honda employees around the desk but no one bothered to even say HELLO, When my service agent finally got to me he explained that he had been on a test drive. This is the second time in the last two months that I,ve experienced a long wait time while waiting to even be acknowledged. The customer service at the service area is in need of management attention

I went in for an estimate because my hood would not open, last serviced by them. They gave me an a Estimate for 458.00 to replace the hood release cable. Are you kidding. The part is 20.00. They will never see a car of mine again.

Almost 2 hours for basic oil change and inspection. Was told car was ready only after I asked about it.

I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change & state inspection. I was waiting in the waiting room (with a mask). I received an initial text from an employee saying if I had any questions during my visit to text him directly, which I did at 1:30 for a status update. No response. At 2:00, I asked the person behind the desk for an update. He said they hadn't even started working on my car yet!! I didn't get out of there until 3:00 which is unacceptable for the basic service I was getting.

I brought my 2010 CRV in for a recall to replace a defective airbag. Berlin City tried to sell me on brake work I knew to be unnecessary, because I'd taken it to my mechanic the week prior. They also removed the brand new cabin air filter my mechanic installed, which introduced debris into the fan he'd just cleaned out, making it very noisy. When I complained, Berlin City claimed it was that way when they picked it up. I'm shopping for a new car. Thanks to Berlin City, it won't be a Honda.

Unfortunately it took them two visits in the middle of a COVID pandemic ( we are health care workers) to figure out that there was a problem with the car. At first, I felt as thought they just blew us off; then after dealing with the problem for another week; a different rep took care of us and did find a problem. We then had to wait another week for the part to come in and fit it into our busy schedule at the hospital. They did not listen to us as customers.
