After buying my car with them in 2012 and servicing with them since, this was the single worst experience Ive ever had with them. Charges accrued prior to authorization. No communication on status of car for 12 hours after appointment time. (Which included a run down of what was needed, but did not mention the $140 work that was done. Expensive per hour cost versus competitors. Go eff yourself attitude toward customers. Will not be returning.

was birlincity Honda NOT Nissan of maine Service writer jessica curit ramos gave in correct info about a loaner car i might have gotten if the work took longer then expected. but it only too about an hour her husband tried to sell me over a grand worth of work he said needed to be done but my independant garage looked at all items on his list and said Bs none of this needs doing you need a new dealer. avoid them unless you know exactly what you need done
I really was disappointed because I was already in there for a airbag recall and berlin city called me back to take pictures of the work they did and Jessica said it would only take about 20 minutes I was there for am hour and a half. Not a happy customer

Expensive. Free state inspection and tire rotation. Oil and other fluid changes came to $662. I have 6 yr 100000 mile warranty. Warranty part had $100 deductible. I have never had to pay so much with any other car dealer with any other car make or model. I won't buy another Honda and I am wondering how soon to get rid of this car to escape Honda repair robbery.
When I called for an appointment I didn't get to talk to anyone. I left messages without any call backs. Once I finally got to talk to someone, I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived for the appointment I pulled in and stopped the car. No one paid any attention to me until I started to leave. I have the five year maintenance plan but was told immediately that I had to pay for the service without them even looking up my account to see what kind of service plan I had.
They told me this and that about getting my car repaired this was the third time in 3 months and each time I was told this would take care of my problems. They even got Honda involved to help and they did but still Im now told it needs more work and they want over $500 to get my car back even though its not completely repaired
