It took over an hour and a half
I will not EVER buy the maintenance package again- let alone another new car from Honda. They got so much money for the few oil changes I brought my car in for. I was told it was good for 36k and since the pandemic, not much traveling going on, and guess what. This service they told me my maintenance package had expired!! Thanks for stealing yet more money from me Honda. I have been a customer for 20+ years, but no more!
Not so good they couldn't help me the car needed a compressor and some other parts to fix the AC and they didn't have them and didn't know when they could get them. I'm here in Maine from NJ and now I'm stuck with a not so old car with only 50,000 miles on it and a AC that can't be fixed, very disillusioned with Honda and probably would never purchase one again. In order to pass the state inspection I had to pay $600.00+ for work to make that happen. BUT... the mechanic failed to put the new 2023 sticker on my windshield, which I didn't notice till I was home. Had to drive back to Berlin and wait 30 minutes for it to be put on. Shame on me for not noticing and shame on them, who do inspections every day!
This was not a good day. We went in for an oil change and to have the A/C checked. We didn't know if the A/C could be refilled or not. I thought the last time I used it, the A/C wasn't as cold. We were there at 10:00 until about 12:30 or close to 12:45. No one came out to tell us anything or update us, or even talk to us. Everyone around us was coming in and leaving. I waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change. I had a set scheduled appointment and customers arriving after my appointment were leaving before me. I asked for an update twice.
Service tech told me were not the magic school bus, we cant shrink ourselves down to see whats wrong with your car. Not only is that very unprofessional, but I was also overcharged by a lot. Please take your car literally anywhere else.
I got stuck at this dealership for almost 5 hours, after my CRV failed state inspection for brakes & they did not have the replacement size in stock that my car required. My dog was home alone, and if I would have known at the outset that the brake service was going to take four additional hours, I absolutely would have scheduled that for another day, in consideration of her. Tail light not right. Yet. Stil water in it. They ordered new light as well as prime. Honda not in yet. Prime Honda ordered 1 month ago not here yet
