"Good service, not amazing communication post-signing lease" Had a good experience before signing lease. Was great to be able to come in and talk about options before I made up my mind and to test drive the car when I wasn't ready to commit. Dana was super responsive before signing papers. However, when I signed the lease my car wasn't on the lot yet so I needed to wait for it to come in. I was told to expect it to come in mid-week that week. "Pleasant service people" Each of my visits have been a good experience. Reasonable wait time. Courteous people in every dept. Always clean. Great snack bar coffee, tea, fruit, healthy bars.
"17000 mile checkup" Easy drop off at the time of my appointment all work complete on time Excellent experience I will continue to come back for all future maintenance
"4th CRV at Berlin City" Very happy once again with Berlin City. Just leased my 4th CRV. Always a pleasure to work with the salespeople. Scott was great and very knowledgeable. It’s the customer service that keeps me coming back.
"Excellent Customer Service" Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and delivered the service on time and slightly under cost estimate. Waiting room is very comfortable and provides free internet. A ride was also offered if needed.
"Treated like family" Upon checking my car in for service I discovered that I had forgotten my wallet. When I informed my representative, Eric Surawski, he didn't even bat an eye. He just said "That's OK, I will be here until 6 o'clock, just come back". Although the service department seemed busy, the oil change and inspection (free) didn't take very long and you even adjusted my tire pressure. The best experience I have ever had with car service!
"Service" Everyone in Service were ready to assist you answering questions or helping in any way. It was easy driving in and driving out without walking around looking where my car was parked after service. The only thing that happened was I used my navigation system preprogramed with Berlin City Honda on it and when I was driving on Maine Mall Rd it told me that the dealership was on the right and we remembered it to be on the left. And it was on the left. LOL
"Great Experience" We felt very fortunate to have Steve Gendron as our sales person. He made it an easy truck buying experience with no pressure. Great knowledge of product.
"It's very easy and unpainful experience" Ed, thank you very much for being very professional, it was a pleasant experience, I definitely recommend, Ed you ROCK!!!.. the front desk staff very friendly, the waiting area brings an explanded admosfia that reflect great hospitality and plenty goodies to snack from.
