It was a very good experience for me to buy my car at Berlin City. I will attribute that mostly to my sales representative, Colin Kimball. Went in to Berlin City to test drive a Tacoma and Tundra. First, I was hooked up with salesman Michael Profenno. Mike could not have been any more patient, understanding and helpful if he tried. I did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, but that is exactly what I did.
