I recently took my 4Runner for service. I have been coming here for about 5 years now and the service has always been great. Peter Farragher is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I have the utmost confidence in them. It is without reservation that I recommend Berlin City Toyota.
Very good service took care of the recall even though I did not purchase from this dealer. Will be back for sure!
There were no problems with the service. the only problem was with the sticker that was placed on the windshield. It says that my next service is due in Feb. buy the service rep told me I should be good for a year.
Wait time was less than what was told, sitting environment very relaxed, appointment was offered due to my work schedule, staff remembers names, walk around and look if needs be comforting.
