I worked with Dominick and he was fantastic. My lease was ending, and my usual dealership was not returning calls. Within a day of contacting Berlin City, I had a new vehicle that was exactly what I wanted on the way. I got a great deal turning in my old lease and getting my new one. Dominick made it simple to do all this without my having to travel two hours to their dealership and they brought my car to me. I am pleased with my experience from start to finish.
