Recommendedrecently bought a 2019 Jetta here. drove 1.5 hours (one way) and it was definitely worth it. Joe was our salesman and was very professional and friendly. I ordered a 2022 Rav 4 and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. The dealership communication was perfect with current arrival updates and the vehicle arrived right on time! The management staff was professional, and the sales consultant handled the delivery process and explained all features along with the paper work from office management, which was flawless. I woke up this morning anxious and worried, just as I would with any big purchase looming. My husband and I had such a great car buying experience at Berlin City Toyota of Portland. Dominick was AMAZING to deal with. So helpful with picking out the perfect Highlander for our family. He was knowledgeable and very friendly towards us and our 6 year old son. Another lady randomly walked up to us while we were sitting waiting for paperwork and handed our son a bottle of bubbles which he was thrilled with!!! We will continue to do business here. Crazy Times We loved our 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, but when we found we could sell it for more than we bought it for new, even with 18K miles, we jumped.
