"No Pressure Buying" A lot of dealerships I've been to are either run in a way that makes you feel like another number and the process is rushed. Matt took his time so I never felt rushed to make a decision. He wasn't pushy with buying a car that day (even though I did go with a 2018 Tacoma) and that's important to me. "Good Experience" This was my first truck bought from this dealership. It wasas good as I have had from other dealerships before. Saleswoman Melanie was pleasant and she did a great job for me. Hopefully Berlin city will be my only dealership from now on.
