This is my 5th vehicle purchased from Berlin City. . Almost did not buy my new Rav4 because of very poor responce from dealership on my 2021 4 Runner Prem. tire failure at 1200 miles.. I ordered a 2022 Rav 4 and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. The dealership communication was perfect with current arrival updates and the vehicle arrived right on time! The management staff was professional, and the sales consultant handled the delivery process and explained all features along with the paper work from office management, which was flawless. Everyone there was most helpful as well as making me feel at ease. My salesman, Mark Hunter was delightful and you wouldn't meet a nicer, more considerate person.

"Amazing customer service, went the extra mile to find the..." Amazing customer service, went the extra mile to find the car and color I wanted. Traded out a vehicle they had with a dealer in Rhode Island to get exactly what I wanted even though they already had one on order that was stuck at port. Would make the 1-1/2 hour drive again just to buy another car.
