I have had nothing but good luck with Berlin Toyota. They make sure your satisfied and if you not they fix it and then you are completely satisfied. I bought first walked in I told them exactly what I wanted and lucky for me they had just 1 Toyoda Carola. I went there and right in the front parking lot was another Carola so, their inventory is great. I love this place
This was a routine 10000 mile checkup. There was repair work blocking one of the entrances so I pulled into a Lexus lane. One of the employees was extremely rude, told me off, and embarassed me. The sales rep made it all good with his courtesy and professionalism. Thank you Ali!
