Routine one year service and state inspection
Cameron has exceptional communication skills in the service department. His level of detail is great. He treats my Lexus as If it was his own. Thank you!
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable- detail focused
Alex, who explained my new car to me, is a complete peach. Don't let her escape.
I recently took my 4Runner for service. I have been coming here for about 5 years now and the service has always been great. Peter Farragher is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I have the utmost confidence in them. It is without reservation that I recommend Berlin City Toyota.
Very good service took care of the recall even though I did not purchase from this dealer. Will be back for sure!
There were no problems with the service. the only problem was with the sticker that was placed on the windshield. It says that my next service is due in Feb. buy the service rep told me I should be good for a year.
