"SOLD!" I have been shopping for a Cadillac CTS for some time that had the perfect combination of performance and options. Berlin City had what I was looking for. I live in New Hampshire, and contacted Mike Profenno via email. Mike was immediately responsive to all of my inquiries, and in no time at all, Berlin City delivered my dream Cadillac to me in New Hampshire. I had an outstanding experience. I couldn't get that kind of service in my own town.

"Works hard to resolve issues " My experience started out negative but after working with Matt, the general manager, we were able to resolve the issues. He was patient and helpful and worked hard to make my experience a positive one.
