Traded out a vehicle they had with a dealer in Rhode Island to get exactly what I wanted even though they already had one on order that was stuck at port. Would make the 1-1/2 hour drive again just to buy another car.

I DREAD having to buy a new car. I hate the gimmicks, it takes forever, ugh. This was truly easy. We had a deal in 30 minutes. It took awhile for the paperwork, always does, but Brent kept giving me status updates and checking in on me, even as he was helping multiple other clients. They were great - truly.

Not only were they efficient, a pleasure to work with, and gave me a fair trade in offer, they delivered my Tacoma to my doorstep, almost 2 hours away and took my trade simultaneously! "DIFFERENT" In the world of today, most of this was done on line, text, etc.. Chad and Melannie were extremely helpful in the process... In the process of the exchange I dealt with a very pleasant women gloved up and all, and have been in the process of working with Chad for the few thing's that I have found that need to be looked at..
