they squeeze in emergencies even though they have a busy schedule
This is my 5th vehicle purchased from Berlin City. . Almost did not buy my new Rav4 because of very poor responce from dealership on my 2021 4 Runner Prem. tire failure at 1200 miles.. But my wife stopped by just to see what the new Rav's were like and met Joe Reynolds.. His caring attention and product knowledge saved the day for Berlin.. He is truly an asset to your company.. My fiancé and I both went to trade in our vehicles. We got to work with Melanie, which was a great experience overall. She pulled awesome options that were in our price range and checked off all of our boxes. She gave our new (to us) cars a detailed cleaning, fueled them up, AND switched over all our belongings into our new vehicles. Also, she kindly bought us lunch while we were waiting for our bank approvals/other financial processes. We’ll definitely be going back to Melanie in the future!
