"Dianne is terrific" We had an emergency need of a repair, and the scheduling person said we could not get in for a week. We are regulars; Dianne got us in and all done by the next day! She really cares that her customers get help. She also arranged for a rental car, just in case the project would take longer. Always a smile and always recognizes us.
"Helpful" Everyone was helpful and friendly. Worked hard to solve any issues I presented. I will consider bringing my car here again for my next service appointment.
"Repair " Nick was very pleasant. Customer service was very good. He even help reduce the cost of the repair to get it as close to the quoted price. Most dealers would not do that.
"Great Customer Service -" We are from Massachusetts and were looking for a particular trim on a 4Runner. When I came across the vehicle I was concerned about buying a vehicle out of state. Well the transition went very smoothly. Working with Melanie our Sales Person and Eric the sales manager they were great!! I will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle!
"Toyota Care maintenance" Customer service is obviously very important here. Service Advisor Derek Federico was very helpful and made things very easy! Looking forward to returning very soon.
"They really stepped up!" I came in for 80,000 mile service and a state inspection . Despite having a lot of work in que, Diane got me in and assured she would do her best as I needed to wait and she did an outstanding job
"2018 Prius 2" easy excellent service, fair price, Jonathan Olmstead was courteous and efficient. Dealership was clean and organized, very busy. They seemed to have a good supply of auto's. Responding quickly to my E-mail inquiries.
"It was very good and professional. " Our point of contact person, Jeff Bishop was very nice and professional. He was courteous and made feel comfortable. Even though my car didn’t pass the state inspection, Jeff gave us a very detailed estimate on what work had to be done for my vehicle to pass inspection. It was very informative. People like Jeff make visiting the Toyota car repair service a very pleasant experience.
"very helpful to me" Eric did a super job! Great in every way. Courteous. Took my car in without appointment and fixed problem as car was 't drivable. Price was fine. I would come back for other problems.
