"10,000 miles" I brought my Avalon for it’s required maintenance at 10,000 miles. In and out quickly with a free car wash! Work was completed !
"Great service leader; workers could be more tidy" Toyota had my son’s car for a couple of days to fix a few issues. Jeff was wonderful and kept on top of things. He would email me with prices and call me right back when I left him a message w a question. My only issue was with my son’s car once we got it back. My son had cleaned and vaccuumed it the day before we dropped it off to Toyota.
