"Annual Inspection" Derek did a great job explaining what services I needed for my car. He was hlepful, anwered my questions and had a nice personality. I felt very comfotable with his assistance.

When I found on the website the 4Runner I was looking for that was even better, Melanie and Eric (the Sales Manager) were a pleasure to work with! "Quick & Easy Service" I brought my leased RAV4 in for its 10,000 mile maintenance check-up. I had my 3 yr old granddaughter with me so was hoping things would move along quickly. Derek did an excellent job of making that happen. He communicated efficiently yet thoroughly with me, and we were in and out In less than an hour. My only concern was that the “playroom” was a good idea, but the limited toys and books and the furniture were pretty dirty, and the set-up desperately needed updating. "12 month checkup" The person who worked with me was very personable/friendly. He instilled confidence and trust, in him. I was pleased to find out that the annual I inspection was free.
"As the motto states EASY!!!!!!" We once again had the pleasure of purchasing our new Highlander from Berlin City. The combination of Erich Buchholz (Sales Assoc.) and Brady Blackman (Sales Manager) made this another Easy purchasing experience. This was our families fourth new car purchase and highly recommend Erich and Brady to assist anyone in there next purchase.
