"My Toyota car inspection sticker" Eric was very friendly & the appointment that I had was right on time. The waiting area is very nice & was able to have a cup of tea & watch some t.v. while waiting.
"Great Dealership" Great people to deal with, we live over two hours away so we did our beginning dealing over the phone. Dominick Bernard gave us all the information we asked for. We drove down a few days later and purchased our 2016 Jeep Patriot. Very easy and pleasant. Everyone from the sales people to the finance department were awesome!
"Quick Oil Change" Berlin City is an excellent dealership . We purchased our Toyota in 2012 and rely on Berlin City to keep it humming along nicely. Most recently we had an oil change and we were in and out in a very short time. Thanks so much.

"Check Up" Well, it is amazing. I have had my Prius C for four and a half years, and there has been no major break downs or problems. In addition, the break pads and drums have never be replaced, and they keep on going strong. Unbelievable! Toyota builds vehicles like the Energizer Bunny. They just keep on going, and going, and going... Toyota, thank you for building and outstanding car. "20,000 mile service on Toyota Sienna" Derek was very friendly and professional and the car was serviced very quickly. They even had an employee drive my car to the front door for me when it was finished.
"EXCELLENT SERVICE" Every time we come in we are greeted immediately. From when we bought the cars to the service we get done now. This is an incredible dealership.
