They told us what they could deliver (Just about everything) and what it would cost (a competitive price.). We signed off on the order. They delivered the vehicle exactly as ordered. We paid for it. "They really are EASY to deal with" Friendly courteous and speedy service. They didn't play games with numbers and I bought exactly what i wanted for what I wanted to pay. I also got a very nice price on my trade in. Michael Begley was fantastic to work with and was very knowledgeable about toyota. He was very detailed in helping me get to know the navigation and other electronics in the car. I would do business with Michael and Berlin City again in a heartbeat.
"fast. friendly, helpful " Car was received on time, service items discussed and priced efficiently. Multi point check items explained when car returned, car washed at not extra charge. Comfortable and well stocked waiting area.
