"Map update" Service has been great. I was a little disappointed though that the map update software was not available to install when I came in for the regular maintenance service on June 11. I did request it when I called to schedule the appointment, but somehow something slipped through the cracks and it wasn't ordered ahead of time. Maybe my mistake for not being more specific.
"A/C system apparently was not functioning in showroom." Also noted that workstations for sales personal located by windows which customers struggled to see due to excessive sunlight coming through windows. You might want to try window screens to reduce light but allow visibility. Just saying!!! However, Matt Knightly was extremely helpful and stayed non stop till we drove off the lot. Very good young man with a lot of potential.
"Excellent Again" 20000 mile checkup needed before vacation. Friendly reception, sensitive to time restraint on my part, Finished on time, on my way! Always make the effort to satisfy my needs.
"Harold is a gem!" Harold always takes care of me when I come in for routine maintenance or have specific concerns with my Camry. He listens, he explains things so I can understand, and he has a great sense of humor! You can really tell he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure customers have the best experience possible!

"167,000 mile tune-up and tire change" The man who greeted me when I arrived was courteous, and he made sure that I connected with my service rep, Derek. He and I reviewed my service expectations and how and when best to reach me, as well as when we could expect the service to be done. I was called in a timely manner about what needed to be done, and I agreed to all the suggestions. They estimated that all would be done y 2:00 pm, and it was done. "superior service" I decided when my wife and I purchased our Toyota's from Berlin City that we would only service them at Berlin City. Every time I come I get great service. This is the first time that I have dropped off my car vs. leaving it and due to my schedule I dropped it off earlier than scheduled. The service manager (I believe his name was Chris) made the entire experience painless.
