We enjoyed our shopping experience! We like they specialize in mattresses and have a wide selection to try in their showroom. The store manager David was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. We like that it's their company employees who deliver and set up the bed. We especially like they were able to accommodate our delivery timeline. The delivery team communicated the real-time status of the arrival of the mattress.! Hawaii people moving to LV check them out Aloha and Mahalo!

Best mattress purchase experience I've ever had. Mony was excellent. He was patient and asked a lot of questions to make sure the right options were presented to me. The delivery was on-time and professional. Great job to the team!!

I walked in to see if I could find a good mattress for my shoulders as I'm a side sleeper. I was experiencing pain on my older mattress as it's too firm for me. John the manager was so informative and kind. I chose the Purple Plus mattress and waited 2 months for my review and I absolutely LOVE IT! I am getting deeper sleep and it's medium firm which has been a Godsend for my shoulders and entire body! I wish I didn't wait as long as I did to buy it! Highly recommend for other side sleepers. We had a little problem with our mattress so we contacted wonderfull Dana and she told us dont worry we will send a man to check the problem--What happened was the handle on the side of our new mattress ripped while I was turning it to put a new sheet on our 9 month old mattress--anyway I didnt notice right away and when I did we contacted her and she did go beyond all strings to assist us--Today we walked into the store on Blue Diamond in our area and met a great guy who turned out to be a big MG in this operation of Best M... read more

So last week I went into the store to look at some beds. I met John who is very nice & funny. He's a straight shooter too which I like. Today I brought my wife in and she fell a sleep on a tempur-pedic mattress which is what I was looking at. Well we left owning one. Delivery tomorrow!! If you need a mattress & a straight shooter go see John and tell him Derek sent ya!!!
