Better was Great! I like the easy to understand chart with different rates/loan lengths etc. It made it easy to understand and make choices. The tasks were easy to understand and complete. Mikey, my broker, was fantastic to work with. He sent reminders for tasks and helped with uploading a few docs. He answered my questions and made the process painless.

Quick, easy, all on line. Better and **** made applying, approval and closing easy and quick. Probably wouldn't ever try the traditional route again.

If this review were solely for the loan agent, *****************************, it would be a 10! Very professional, prompt in his responses to my many questions, knowledgeable and provided the guidance needed to navigate their website. That brings me to the reason for four stars instead of five. A number of the links did not work. We had a very poor experience that left an extremely bad impression for both buyer and seller. The buyer in our exchange was pre-approved by Better.com, but had significant liens which were not disclosed at the time the seller accepted the buyer's offer. Repeated calls and emails to the agent at Better.com were not returned, and the automated email responses changed from away on personal business to family emergency to vacation. If I could give Better Mortgages 10 stars I would. I was extremely happy with ******************* as our Loan originator. He was so kind, patient, and communicative through out the whole process. He truly made the application/loan process so easy. He was great to work with! He truly delivered perfect customer service. I have not one thing I wish he or Better Mortgages would have done differently. Five stars earned all the way. Thank you!!
