This is the second home I have purchased, and using Better was extremely efficient and we were able to close without any delays (it was an expedited close as well). This was the sixth house I have purchased over the years and because of the excellent communication and responsiveness of the people at Better.com, this was by far the most efficient, clear, and easy process to obtain a mortgage that I have ever experienced. I had a great experience. The team was responsive to my questions. Maddy was the best. Always knew how to get the answer and kept me in the loop. Close went without a hitch although the seller was slow getting info to Better. But they put the pressure on and we were able to meet the original timetable, which looked bleak just a few days out. Will definitely use them again!

Great team helping expedite my refinance. The process was incredibly easy. The website walks you through all of your tasks. The closing was project at one date and due to everything running smoothly our closing almost two weeks before. That helped us get started on our remodel. We would definitely use Better Mortgage again. Their the whole was helpful ******* and especially ******* did so much to make this a great experience.

Super pleased with Better.com. The platform is very user friendly and accommodating. Made the process super easy. I liked that you are dedicated a lender and their associate. They are available 24/7 and super helpful. Started my loan application and funded in a month - super pleased. The lender and their associate were awesome to work with. I liked the idea of handling everything from my computer at home. Even the notary came to my home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

In 40 years of buying and refinancing several houses with mortgages, i can't remember a quicker, more efficient, more responsive experience. Despite the whole process being on line, the experience felt personal and friendly, and everyone involved was pleasant and helpful.This refinance was such a satisfactory event, that we are now buying a second home which we immediately financed with Better without another thought.We would actively encourage any home buyer to use Better.

Better.com made our refinance super easy! From the first phone call, we were met with friendly and fast customer service and ****** maintained great contact throughout the entire process. She was always easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any request or question we had. From start to finish, all of our interactions with the whole team was wonderful and I truly don't think the process could have gone more smoothly.

Excellent support from loan officer as it is an arduous process. Using a Better agent I was given a credit as promised.Scrupulous underwriting which is how it is supposed to be. I highly recommend Better Mortgage.
