I was very pleased with our refinance process at Better. Their website that provides the tasks that can all be handled online was extremely convenient. Better team members answered their phones when I called and took time to answer any questions I had. The ultimate reason I will give them a 5 star rating is we did have a hiccup with closing and actually had to close a 2nd time. The whole process went well, much better than expected. The team I worked with was knowledgable and answered all questions promptly. The online tools worked seamlessly and I had the ability to upload documentation or other forms outside of normal banker hours. An almost entirely online experience that seems to be high quality and without any high pressure sales. Website is excellent and ability to select alternative mortgages is especially easy. Final closing required minimal in-person contact. Fees are low. Nothing not to like.
