It is rare when a marriage between technology and old-fashioned banking works this well. Everything works. Every step makes sense. I was pleasantly surprised by the fluidity of the system. One piece of advice! Don't lock your rate until you are 100% sure you are getting the best deal and have a definitive closing date, because like any other lender, they will pressure you to lock your rate.
Nearly effortless process. Intuitive and info-rich customer interface made things much easier than past refinancings. And the team at Better was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Easy task to follow online. Closing became a little confusing due to get instructions from title company and different instructions from Better, didn't seem like they were communicating with each other. It all worked out on time.
