Great experience. I got a scorching good rate, communication was superb, and everything went through smoothly. I refinanced a different property recently with another company, and my experience with Better was so, so much, well, better. I'd definitely go to them again. Be sure to check Bankrate before you lock -- the rates on their website are usually worse, and they'll match the advertised rates at Bankrate (their own or someone else's, if someone else has a better rate).

Better offered best rates and lowest fees; waived appraisal fee deposit and the online process was easy and straightforward. Their loan team are quite efficient and completed refinance process in a few weeks

I shopped the mortgage hard & Better provided the best combination of low interest rate & closing costs ($0 loan orig fee, appraisal waiver, zero points & $1800 lender credit). The entire experience was seamless and easy. I love their use of technology to upload your documents and the whole task completion process was easy. The customer service from the team members was icing on the cake. Every time I got on the phone with them it was a great experience. Never had such an easy process to get a loan refinanced and their rates are competitive too!
