Just completed a loan refi with better.com. They had the best interest rate, the most clean and easy online interface, and had great customer support. I definitely recommend them, and they were all a pleasure to work with.
This was our first time using Better Mortgage. It was such a smooth experience. We loved the clear communication and the helpful representatives. Additionally, their website is so well done. It's easy to find what you're looking for, navigate through the steps, and ask questions.
If Apple was a mortgage lender, it would be Better. The whole online process was extremely user friendly and it broke down all costs and explained them in laymans terms. It went so smoothly that I was able to close on my house early! Whenever I had a question, I could simply just call my loan processor and he would answer them as soon as I called. Extremely satisfied with this company!
Better.com was very easy to use. Their staff was all terrific to work with! They were super helpful and friendly; They answered all of my questions and concerns, and were very responsive and prompt with all my needs. The fact that it's 100% on line was a little concerning at first, but I have odd work hours, and the fact that it was 100% on line made it fast, easy streamlined the entire process! Great customer service! Thank you guys !
What i liked most about Better.com was not only did they have the best interest rates of any other lending institution I contacted, they provided various different loan estimate scenarios side by side on their website. I could compare whether or not to buy points or go the other way and get lender credits - all without having to call yet another agent to discuss terms. Very positive experience overall. The portal is very user friendly with automated notifications and data requests. The loan officer, processing team, and closing team agents were communicative and friendly. They provided timely responses to emails and were available for phone calls. I used better.com's settlement services as they were cheaper compared to a local company I got a quote from. The closing experience was good.
Great team, user friendly website, great rate, very fast, Best refi decision I ever made. Would highly recommend Better to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home.
Applying an processing went pretty smooth. Staff was professional Deducted one star for how some of the closing fees were calculated and disconnect in communication with closing expert.
