I highly recommend better.com primarily because their communication all throughout the process was great and thorough. They provided updates on every change throughout the process and helped me be on top of submitting my documentation and get to the closing faster. I have worked with other lenders for refinancing before and I have spent hours on phone calls waiting to get to the right person, just to get an update on my application status. Better.com was the best experience I have had refinancing a mortgage. The interface to communicate and upload documents was easy to use and very user friendly. The people at Better.com were responsive, friendly and helpful. Low fees and a very competitive rate. Overall a 5 star experience and would highly recommend!

Did a refinance in March '20, November '20, and now January '21. The previous two were "positive," and no real complaints. However, from the moment I called and discussed my own situation with Better, it was like greased skids. Just couldn't have been smoother from start to finish. Absolutely recommend these folks.

Just an incredible company. Seriously, they made my refi go so smooth and was actually a fun experience. Never knew a refi could be fun until I went through it with Better. Mahsa is awesome! I already referred my brother in law and he's liking them as well. Plus I just went from 4.25% to 1.75% so I'm a SUPER satisfied customer!

This was the smoothest, fastest and most efficient mortgage loan I've ever gotten! Even my friend who is a mortgage lender couldn't compete with the rate and points. I applied on a Sunday, had a rate sheet within minutes, and the notary was sitting at my dining room table for closing 16 business days later. I will recommend Better Mortgage to everyone I know!

This is the mortgage of the future. The process was fast, friendly, reliable, inexpensive, and easy. Was it perfect? No. But what I care about is that when small things go wrong (as they inevitably do in a process of this magnitude) that better.com was always there with a competent and kind representative to sort it all out. I cannot recommend better.com highly enough!

The easiest refi experience I have had. We signed papers 2 days earlier then forecasted. All their team members I dealt with were very easy to deal with and returned calls and emails right away. The rate was great and the fees were minimal. Highly recommend Better.com
