Typical bait and switch mortgage lender. Will promise a great rate early on, then give you the run around for 2 months and change most everything in your loan. Run as fast as you can to another lender. Do not use these crooks.

I reached out to Better.com, and they were quick to "help me out" (or so they made it seem) They got me a 1.8 interest rate on a 15 year loan. My family and I were so excited with this news especially right before X-mas. We uploaded all proper documentation and sent them 550$ to lock in our rate. Everything was going perfect and they went as far as scheduling the appraisal. The day of this appraisal, I was notified that they could not give me a loan due to my house being a manufactured home. Great company! I was nervous about refinancing with a company out of state but they made it so easy. Quick communication and correct answers the first time. Definitely use them. You will be happy you did.

I'm old so I've done a few refis ... this was by far the best. Very smooth, everyone I worked with at Better.com was professional, responsive, and attentive. They have an online portal that is very well-designed, makes keeping all the paperwork organized. And they had a very good offer that fit my financial needs. Bravo!

Better.com has very competitive rates and a very user-friendly website. The few questions I had during my refinance, either by phone or email, were always promptly answered or replied to. From beginning to end, it was a very smooth process. I would would use better.com again and refer them to friends and family.

Extremely quick and easy refinance experience. The entire process was online except for the closing which was performed in my home. The online portal for submitting documents and communicating was very user friendly.

Working with better was a great experience for me. The website was very intuitive and easy to use. It kept me up to date and helped me review and provide all documents online. One of the easiest mortgage teams I have worked with! Their site and workflow system is very well designed and practically removes the human element. Just keep on providing things as they ask for and it is possible to close in under 35 days; even during COVID, high rush periods! I hardly had to talk to anyone on the phone and what one or two questions I had were answered pretty quickly via email / through the system. Highly recommend if the rates and the prices match other lenders and you are deciding which one to go with!
