The consultant was great. We explained our plan for the backyard and he offered really solid suggestions. The installers arrived on time and was efficient. The finished project looks better than I imagined.
We had Big Bully Turf install Turf in our front yard in which they said they would handle the rebate for us and we did not need to do anything to receive our rebate of approx. $2900 dollars. Because they did not explain how the whole process works and prior to installation they asked questions like do you have a gate code and need HOA approval. After waiting 6 weeks finally got my turf installed. Although I wasnt happy about the wait, the job came out excellent. The quality and the installer were amazing. I had the pink back turf installed and my neighbors told me they cant believe how real it looks. My grandkids have not stopped running around on it. Excellent!!
I'm just trying to find out how to maintain my turf. Customer service says they don't know.One told me to email the warranty department, which I did, but they didn't return my email. I called again to speak with warranties, the customer service agent said nobody was available. I need to know how to maintain this expensive turf. Nobody will help me.

I would not use this company ever again. Installed an area that previously had turf, told me that they would excavate out and make sure it was level, none of that happened. Now I am dealing with turf that was installed that is burnt and they are going to do a warranty claim on a new turf install. I will be filing fraudulent charges to my bank and moving on. Save yourself time and research who is installing for you

My yard was completed on Wednesday December 9 and when I first got the quote I was under the impression that my bill was going to be lower than what it is but come to find out that the bill was actually an astronomical amount. They installed burnt turf in our front yard, damaged the stucco to the side of our home, cut out patches and filled with new artificial turf. They sent an email acknowledging the poor quality of work and admitted the whole thing needed to be replaced. Now theyre requiring I get an attorney to communicate with them.

Big Bully Turf is a company that should be avoided at all costs. I put down a $1,000 deposit, and they completely failed to deliver on even the most basic promises.
