The installation went very well but the Sales and Operation staff do not understand the meaning of professional service. Promise one thing and delivery a lot less. I had to leave a star rating so i could get out of this game.

If I could give zero stars I would. They talk a good game of empty promises and lies to get you to be suckered into their contract of projects. $13,000 worth of a project and its been nothing but a headache. I hired Big Bully Turf to install artificial turf at my home and paid $14,000. My turf was installed on 4/16/25. During the consultation, Joey never mentioned that window reflections could burn or melt the turf. The first time this was brought up was via text on the day of installation, when Joey said my windows could damage the turf and recommended window tinting—an unexpected additional cost of up to $2,000. In July 2024 big bully turf installed artificial turf to the front and backyard of my home. This is how they left it. The front yard contact was made with them several times. Week after week calls were placed. Text messages sent to them they all went ignored by them once the job was completed a walk-through was done. We pointed out the wooden blocks still in the yard. This company is costing us thousands of dollars. Due to the negligence of the install, somebody dropped the ball during the sprinkler conversion.my plants were getting little to no water during the hottest part of the summer and pretty much died. This company absolutely is disgusting. I canceled my deposit within my legal right days, after receiving a cancelation notice, there was a follow-up call made and I expressed why I canceled. ******** and I spoke. I said it's a shame, I really liked your turf but your reviews, customer service , pushy sales tactics are awful. Warning to whoever decides to work with Big Bully Turf. DO NOT DO IT! This company is a complete scam. Things that went wrong:- Pop up drains not being properly delt with.- Being told if we needed gopher wire that would be communicated to us.- Grass growing out from under the newly installed turf (which indicates they didnt dig deep enough down for a proper install).- Somehow our contract was signed as completed when we never signed that.- None of the workers spoke a word of English so there was no communication ever.Here is... read more
Too bad I cant give less than one star. The salesman was nice, friendly, and seems to go out of his way to make things right. Obviously, hes fighting an uphill battle as everyone else wants to just point fingers as to why the job wasnt done correctly. The project manager, *****, didnt even perform a final inspection . Unless you call kicking the irrigation box with your right foot an inspection. If he would have inspected, hed have seen that the valve leaks. He was also extremely confrontational.
