I am extremely happy with the quality of the turf and install. The turf is as advertise, stays cool even on hot days. Additionally the installation crew did a great job matching my existing brick work. Overall, my sales consultant Andy, project manager Angel did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process!

this team showed up when they said they would spent the majority of the day some of it hiding under my gazebo from the rain and back out to finish my job I haven't got the final sign off but I can tell you at this moment I'm very happy with what I'm looking at

He was so helpful in laying out our plans and helping us to decide on what materials and colors to choose from that meet our HOA requirements, are within our budget, and still give us the look and feel we desire to achieve. We have been working with Matthew for the past few months and finally finished planning our perfect backyard project. Quinn explained every aspect of the job including the finance. Halfway through this I said we're considering rock as well or instead of turf and he explained that BBT did that as well! I was surprised cuz I thought they only did turf. After agreeing on a design and signing the contract the team arrived two weeks later and worked nonstop in 90 degree heat and transformed my front garden into a beautiful green paradise. I've always wanted to redo our lawn and use turf especially out here in Vegas but could never find an honest and affordable company that does good business. I've heard of bad experiences from friends who used other companies. Matthew was super professional, explained the process thoroughly, answered questions professionally and the installation went perfect, my lawn looks incredible!!! thanks to Matthew and Big Bully Turf. I Pastor a church here in Vegas, and we decided to go with Big Bully Turf for our 8,800 square feet of synthetic turf. We decided to use them because of the quality of turf, and BBT's salesman Matthew Goodman. Matthew was very knowledgeable and so courteous and got us a great price, and introduced me to the supervisor that is going to handle the renovation of our existing sod, and replacing our irrigation system and turf installation.
