We had landscaping, turf, a concrete wall, and decorative rocks installed in our front yard, and I can't say enough about the amazing job RICHARD TAUSINGA and his crew did! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Big Bully was so professional and made our backyard look beautiful! Their turf is unmatched and our dogs love rolling around on it. We turned the side of our house into a dog run and we love how it turned out! Thanks again Big Bully team and Rich most of all! He has been so accommodating and kind to us. Worked with Rich Tausinga of Big Bully Turf to repair/replace a turf job I had previously done thru another company. I was dealing with lower quality turf that had unfortunately burned from the intensity of the sun reflecting off my living room/2nd story bed room windows. Just had a small area of turf replaced in my backyard. Crew did a nice job overall. However, it would have been good for them to ask me before they hacked a bunch of plants and palm fronds to make it easier for them to install new turf. They also told us their install would have three layers of substrate to catch the pet urine, water, etc. Turns out they don't do that and instead only have limestone sand underneath. Hopefully will do the job. Lots of people contact you during the project but would be good for them all ... read more

I am very impressed by Big Bully Turf. From the very start, they had great communication. I liked the daily messages letting me know more about the company (I had no idea they are woman owned) and what to expect up to install day. The initial meeting was pleasant, no pressure and simple. Rich was my consultant and was clearly on the same page as how I wanted my backyard designed specifically for my dogs. He demonstrated the drainage of the turf, which is why I chose Bully Turf. I already had one estimate, and Bully Turf was my second estimate being a little bit higher but well worth it after Rich demonstrated the drainage, so I canceled my third estimate and chose big Bully Turf. In early spring I received 3 bids for replacing old turf in my backyard. The last bid was from Big Bully Turf and Matt Goodman was the salesman. I chose Big Bully and I could not be happier with the quality and the value I received...they saved me thousands compared to the other 2 bids. I dont think there's another company I would trust more to do my yard other than big bully turf. From the first initial conversation to the scheduling to checking the final project. Rich came out today and gave us an estimate on our yard for turf and repaving the walkway. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. He explained the whole process and explained the company. The pricing was amazing and is definitely well worth it. The company is family and dog centered, which makes us and our little family even more excited to get the new turf installed.
