We had several landscaping companies interested in improving our backyard - replacing some old grass and adding new grass areas for us and our dog. We selected Big Bully Turf due to Quality and Warranty. Their rep, Rich Tausinga, was great. He worked with us on the design and on scheduling around other stuff we were doing with our yard. Rich even was around for the installation to ensure expectations were delivered. They delivered and we are happy. Our dog is happiest!

You want to talk about a complete transformation, OMG! After 3 1/2 years of looking at the same bland desert landscape, we decided to spruce it up a little bit. Rich T., our design specialist, was amazing! He didn't hesitate to provide the 3 quotes for different design options. He knows the product inside and out and was able to answer all my questions. The best part though, was he didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot. He fully understood that I would need to talk over the prices with my husband. Rich was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful during every step of the process. My husband and I were so "Green", no pun intended, when it came to our inquiry to get our turf done. Rich was very attentive when it came to explaining the process and he is extremely knowledgeable about the product and its worthiness to the patron. Rich was also our saving grace and made sure our backyard was completed just before Xmas, we were so grateful and thankful for what we considered a Great Gift!

Saw an add for Big Bully Turf on instagram after buying my new house. Called on Tues and Matt showed up Weds, drew up plans (edited some of my ideas) then scheduled and had work done by Friday. Matt provided amazing customer service, even with follow ups. Work was completed Friday! I will be submitting more projects in the future! Thanks Matt and BBT team!

The first meeting with Rich went well. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the process, the turf, and what to expect.
