Preston was very personable and explained everything very well. The crew that came out was very professional and did an outstanding job. We decided to add pavers to another part of our backyard and we were pleasantly surprised they did the job after installing our turf. Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!!!

Neighbor across the street was getting a quote and I mentioned that if the Rep had time to come on over to take a look at our backyard. This is a very belated update. Big Bully Turf reached out to us and fixed our patch issue at no cost to us.. Thank you Big Bully Grass for taking care of us. The artificial turf you provide is hands down the best we've ever seen. We've had the grass for months now and there is ZERO smell. The cost is well worth the purchase.

Last Spring I had my front grass converted to turf and the finished project was/is gorgeous. Yesterday I had the grass removed in my backyard and I got the same result. I'm loving my front and back yards now and no longer have to deal with disappointing landscapers and high water bill. Best Christmas present ever! BBT took an unusable area on the side of our home & within 72 hrs turned it into incredible outdoor space my husband and his friends can practice putting and chipping. 10/10 highly recommend!
