We were very pleased from the start to finish requested a quote on Facebook and our salesman Rich was quick to respond with Great communication through the process. Rich also explained thoroughly to us what the installer's would be doing ! our installers were very professional, and they were very careful with my existing yard art while performing the installation I couldn't be more pleased with their installation crew thank you! Waffles here! We absolutely love seeing photos of our furry customers, and Sally Mae is no exception! It sounds like she's still deciding what to make of her new backyard, which gave us a good laugh. Thank you for trusting our team with your outdoor transformation. Hearing that the experience was smooth from start to finish and seeing your family already enjoying the space means the world to us. Please give Sally Mae an extra treat from all of us at Big Bully Turf—we're honored to have earned her paw of approval!
This process was so easy! Matthew and his team knocked it out of the park! Down to the design and execution. The quality of the turf is great and the crew did a detailed job! I've already recommended to a few friends. Thank you again.
We had a great experience with Big Bully on our first turf project! Install was quality & super efficient (completed same day), and Mathew was very personable and made it a smooth process for us.
Preston was very personable and explained everything very well. The crew that came out was very professional and did an outstanding job. We decided to add pavers to another part of our backyard and we were pleasantly surprised they did the job after installing our turf. Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!!!
Luis and the crew did an awesome job thank you guys. Also the design looks amazing . I thank you again for the awesome design

Matthew didn't leave a stone unturned with showing us the grass samples & comparative differences between Big Bully Turf and other options around town. We all chewed on a couple of design ideas and with a few strategic questions from Matthew, the plan was hatched. Let's not forget... read more
This is a very belated update. Big Bully Turf reached out to us and fixed our patch issue at no cost to us.. Thank you Big Bully Grass for taking care of us. The artificial turf you provide is hands down the best we've ever seen. We've had the grass for months now and there is ZERO smell. The cost is well worth the purchase.
