The first meeting with Rich went well. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the process, the turf, and what to expect. He offered to meet with me and go through the different options, which we did the next day. The work was scheduled that same day with no surprises. we switched from a whole rock backyard to an entire turf yard for our pups and it has been the best decision we've made so far. rich was a great salesman and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. we had some complications with the work on the first day but other than that it was done within a week and came out amazing. rich was able to communicate with us and the workers to get everything figured out and in the end it came out great. loving our new backyard.

These guys killed it for us what a great job!! Super happy with the results!! Came in quick on time punctual return phone calls throughout the process I was really concerned about my sprinkler lines being punctured by the nails to hold down the turf so far we're good with that really happy thank you Rich and big bully turf we will be doing business again

I can't recommend Dylan Lopez from Big Bully Turf enough. His communication skills, reliability and customer service was out of this world. I will 100000% be using his services again in the future. For starters let me just say WOW!!! I had a vision and big bully turf made it happen all thanks to Mr Dylan Lopez. I'm not the easiest to work with and had a lot of questions, but he made everything seamless and easy with all the options that they provide(especially for a person with two large dogs). I finally had my dream backyard in less than a week!!! Big shout out to big bully turf!!! Thank you again Mr Lopez

Obviously, we needed Turf, but also needed some paver repair and some new rock placement. Everything went soooo smooth. My sales rep, Rich, was amazing, he explained everything that was going to happen from the product to the process. The installation was quick with no issues and the gentleman who did the installation were very polite and helpful. When I had questions, they would answer them. As soon as we had our consultation with Matthew Goodman I knew I wanted to use Big Bully for our backyard project. He had a lot of great ideas for design and helped us keep to our budget. We are so pleased with our new Big Bully turf. It has been two weeks today and it looks as though it was just laid. It looks like real grass and feels good to just lay on. Thank you to all who were instrumental in putting our Big Bully turf down. The crew was here right on time and went immediately to work. When the workers left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful yard left behind.
