Great team. Great work. The turf is exactly as Adriane, the Rep, from Big Bully come here you can't do that Middlesworth you can't go in the house baby said it would be...Awesome! It still gets hot on hot days so it will still hurt/burn your feet if you don't normally walk barefoot like I do. But, simply get the hose out and slight spray the turf if you have it in the backyard and walk in it. The quality and workmanship were superior. Customer service with the project manager was very negative. We will not allow him at any of our properties.

Would have been 5 starts but had some major issues I could not over look for the price that I paid. Now the quality of the turf is top notch no doubt about that and the work was done quickly and efficiently and the workers were great. My issue was when the gentleman came to give me my quote he said they would remove all the rocks and get rid of them but they didn't do that all they did was pile up the areas that didn't have turf with more rocks, now I have to find someone to get rid of all the excess rocks that were left. Our experience from start to finish has been outstanding! From the initial estimate and speedy scheduling, assistance with HOA docs and the install everything went just as they said it should and was super quick. Every interaction with the staff of their different departments was fantastic - their customer service on every level has met all expectations and happily recommend them to anyone interested in their services and products!

They came over on time, took measurements and provided a quote. Got approved for financing and scheduled on the spot. The following week- the workers showed up and got the job done in two days. Got a walkthrough on the best practices for maintenance- and follow up calls.

The installation went smoothly & the crew were very talented. The quality of the material is superior & it holds up to our Rottweilers running and playing on it. I would highly recommend big bully turf!

We had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team on our backyard from start to finish and everything exceeded our expectations. When Matt first came to our house for the initial meeting, he spent so much time listening to our ideas and what we wanted to accomplish, walked our backyard to help us space plan, got to know us, etc. We did not feel rushed in the meeting at all, he stayed as long as he needed to help us plan everything out. The crew showed up on time and got the job done quickly! We only got a small portion of our yard done but its beautiful. The turf feels and looks like real grass. Highly recommend Big Bully Turf!
