We are so pleased with our new Big Bully turf. It has been two weeks today and it looks as though it was just laid. It looks like real grass and feels good to just lay on. Thank you to all who were instrumental in putting our Big Bully turf down. The crew was here right on time and went immediately to work. When the workers left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful yard left behind.

Wow! I cannot say better things about this team. Rich - our consultant - was amazing. Rich came to our home & helped my wife with the design, color and vision. We met Rich at the stone sight and connected the colors against our house that created an elegant little wall that separates the artificial grass from the rock section. From start to finish these guys were excellent and accommodating. I threw a few curve balls at them and they handled it like pros! Im a small business owner and would say my experience was above par and would definitely recommend. We were privileged to work with Matt during the quote, design, and booking process and Randy and Manuel for the installation of our turf project. Being first time homeowners, this was a huge project that we were excited to take on but were nervous about making the right decision. From booking for an estimate to financing to installation- everything was easy and professionally done. Our yard looks fantastic and the guys cleaned up not only my yard areas, but up and down the street, too. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Big Bully Review We are pleased with the turf; it seems to be a high-quality product. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the communication and the lack of follow-up after the project was completed. As a business owner in real estate, building strong relationships and maintaining good communication are vital to my success.
