From start to finish these guys were excellent and accommodating. I threw a few curve balls at them and they handled it like pros! Im a small business owner and would say my experience was above par and would definitely recommend. From the workers to the project managers and sales reps they have a great business model and customer service is at the top of the priorities!! Very happy thanks guys.

From booking for an estimate to financing to installation- everything was easy and professionally done. Our yard looks fantastic and the guys cleaned up not only my yard areas, but up and down the street, too. Super friendly staff and very helpful. We would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

We are so pleased with our results from BBT. They were fast and the process was do simple. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors and we love the results! So much better than dead grass!!!

We were in the market for turf in our backyard and we had looked at a few options but ended up choosing Big Bully Turf! The salesman that came to our house was very knowledgeable. We chose the right size and color and had it installed. It was a Great decision that we made! We also got our water rebate from the city. I highly recommend this product!

We had BBT out to give us an estimate on our back yard today. Although the technician was 2 hrs early ( I'm glad we were home) he was professional,knowledgeable, and friendly with no mind paid to our torn apart,in the middle of being remodeled home ... lol We have a Pit bull and Malinios who have destroyed the 30 year old Astro turf that's out there now and the rock in the rest of the yard is hit and rips their pads up. Big Bully Turf was amazing! We had Rich help us all the way through and he was so helpful and caring of our vision. We have lived in our house for 6 years and we have wanted to make our backyard more user friendly for our two kiddos and our pup (5 year old lab).
