Ordered mild Buffalo sauce wings to go. They put the sauce at the bottom of the to go box and then put bare wings on top. Hello chef, er, cook person, you're supposed to cover the wings with the sauce and then put them in the fryer!! If I wanted plain wings I would have ordered them that way!! Giving you one star because there is no minus here!!!

I have tried to give this place a chance multiple times but the service is absolutely horrible during lunch and the food is either hit or miss. Today I thought I would try once again and arrived about 2:50 on lunch break while doing my UPS route. There was only one other table with customers so I was hoping maybe service would be ok. Door dashed dinner. Smallest chicken wings I've ever had and completely over cooked. My daughter's Tacho's came with an added long black hair in them. We've dined the in the past and the service is less than desirable. Don't waste your time.

They don't seem to want to assist their customers with taking orders, asking if they need help or saying one moment please. Very sad

I ordered to go. I waited more than 30 minutes before I asked about my order. The manager came to me and said they never put it in. Offered me a free "soda" and that's it. Spent almost an hour waiting for microwaved wings lol

SAVE YOUR TIME and do not come here.. the service is awful. They're understaffed and absolutely terrible. The manager is shitty too and doesn't give a shit. Just don't come

Hi, 8-17-21 visited at 4:11pm check #137884/1 Tab 1374 Server 339. I am new to area tried your location here 3rd visit. 1st was ok so I came back the last 2 visits the food has been horrible. Let me explain, 8/10 check#137084 wing were OVERLY DONE, I mean way overcooked, dry the sauces ordered on wings were not correct ordered extra hot and sauce was mild at best. Yay i love the fact that the host with an afro called me an "extra gay" just because I asked for service after being seated close to 15 minutes and not getting any service. I've worked in the food industry and understand if you can't service immediately if it's busy, but it wasn't! Imagine asking for the bare minimum of just a drink order and being called an "extra gay". Food is good, but customer service sucks. Our family ordered $65 dollars worth of food to which they forgot my 5 bone-in wings (my specific dinner). We called back and they said they would give us our wings. Well I got 5 puny boneless pieces. Not even worth the gas to drive there. Such a turn off experience.
