This place is absolutely awful! Joseph, who took my order on the phone had NO customer service etiquette whatsoever. This child not only did not know how to speak professionally, he did not know how to take orders on the phone, had a NASTY attitude, and to make things worst, he could not take a simple order!!!! Since he could not take a simple order, he gets frustrated.. When asked to speak to a manager, he places me on hold for 5 minutes. Food is good. Took 40 minutes for a to go order when they said only 15-20 min. Every time I would ask they kept saying 5 minutes.

Let me start off by saying this place REEKS!!! the manager on shift, james, was beyond uncalled for. i could hear him yelling from the register and the kitchen. How do you expect me to enjoy my food when i can hear a man child screaming from different locations of the store. Dont even get me started on our server madi..... She seemed like she did not care about her job and barely serviced us. Our drinks were constantly empty with 0!!!! refills??? She always had an attitude when talking to us. Never coming back.

Last time we ate here the food quality had decreased but we normally like it so we wanted to give them another try. Yesterday we ordered delivery from Big City Wings only to receive a call at the time my food should be arriving at my door telling me they cannot honor the special I ordered because it wasn't available that particular day. These people apparently treat their mgrs.terrible. (6 since they opened.)We get to know the mgrs..same old story broken promises and no benefits. Their so cheap if you order extra ranch the wait person has to take 10 minutes to explain up charge. They are petty. Just add a dollar to the wings! Don't ever order the crawfish!!! When everyone else is in mid season size,these cheapskates order crawfish embryos! Tinneytiney! You can't get a tail out of the shell, ! But I think tweezers are available upon request....!pitiful

I called to place a To-go order at 6:44, it is now 7:35 and my husband just got our food. He kept asking what was taking so long and the people just kept telling him they are still working on the order. He went to talk to the to-go person a final time and apparently our food was there the whole time, but didn't have a name on the order. We waited almost an hour for cold food. Slowest staff... always. If you order online please call in advance. These guys didn't start cooking my order till I arrived. Then had to wait another 15 minutes.

Please stop hiring anyone and everyone to run your bar. I've been coming here since you guys have opened and literally almost every bartender has been incompetent to be working in the the customer service field. This falls 100% on management. Get it together.

Ordered the 10 piece all drums extra wet.. love the options on specializing your order. The sauce though is very salty. If not for the salty sauce I would give 5 stars
