Yes they got a discount, with the fees they charge it was not worth it. I would not use them. Big financial screw up
Yes, they did get a discount on my AT&T wireless bill, but with the fees billshark charges it is not worth it to me.
I tried to get my cell phone bill reduced, however, I currently have "the best possible rate," according to Billshark. They did manage to get me a one time credit of $50 off my next billing cycle. Seems nice, right? Then, I get an email stating the cost for this service was $20. So, in total, I've saved $30 once and paid back 40% of my one time credit. Not really worth the $30 savings if you ask me, with the incessant phone calls, texts, and emails it took for that $30 savings. Don't recommend and won't be using them again. ... read more
Billshark supposedly negotiated a lower price for me on my Sirius Radio account. Their email said they saved me over $100 dollars and they charged me $50. When I called Sirius Radio they denied any new, lower rate, contradicting what Billshark said in their email. I threatened to cancel my Sirius account and then received a large credit and very discounted price. Cancelled my account but billshark continued to mess with my bills and try to charge me for it weeks after cancellation.
Yes you saved as much as the other service I tried, and got paid 40% of the savings. I did have to e-mail you to get you to do the negotiation (didn't have to do that with the other company) Now I seem to be signed up for 20 mailing lists from BillShark, 3-5 e-mail a day! (didn't have to do that with the other company)
I used them a year ago and thought I was done. This year they negotiated on my behalf when I didn’t authorize them to do so. They claimed they sent me emails and texts to tell me they were going to do it again. The texts I thought were spam so I ignored them. The emails went to my junk mail so we’re deleted. Instead of moving forward when I didn’t respond they should have NOT gone ahead and NOT negotiated until I gave them my explicit approval. Now I have an invoice from them. BAD!!!
