Not clear about invoice that follows
Made calls without asking for permission first, and then they have the nerve to send me a bill for it. They claim I authorized "constant monitoring" of my account two years ago! How shady is that? This service is a ripoff. Anyone can save money with a 2 minute phone call. This 40% "expert negotiation" fee is absurd. This business model tries to take advantage of people that aren't paying attention. That's scummy. I can't believe Mark Cuban associates himself with this. Scam company! I'd give 0/5 if I could.
Bad scam bad scam
This is fraud they sent a blank invoice with a balance and they have not helped with any of my bills because I would not give them my pin #s after they text me over 5 days trying to get it. Don't trust these people.

Billshark needs to consult with clients before making changes to mobile data plans. Total data, tethering speeds, and other factors are trade-offs that the client should know about before changing plans, particularly if it means giving up a grandfathered plan that is no longer available.
I thought maybe I could get some help with my internet/cable bill. They negotiated a $200 savings over a 2 year period. A whooping $8 per month savings. Then I completely unexpectedly got a $90 bill today from them. I was under the impression that they would take from my savings. If I saved $15 a month they would take a small percentage of that.
