Cool concept, was provided good follow up; but charging 40% for it is anything but "modest". Call it what it is BillSHARKS - just took a bite out of my butt!!

They are going to save $30 but are charging $12.....so they are really only saving me $18.....not worth the trouble for $6 a month for 3 months.

I don't want to give any stars. These people are true scammers. Don't deal with them! Yes they say they saved me $882.00 on my Directv bill, but I have yet to see it and I was told I had a year to to pay off the $352, which was their commision for saving me the money. I was told by Freddy that I could wait until I saw the savings before I set up a payment plan. Well they send me an invoice and didn't give me a week before they ran my card and overdrew my account. You’re all a rip off! Allowing you to find out if i could get a discount did not mean yes i agree to pay upfront $96 for a monthly $10 discount. That’s ludicrous! And customer service said oh well you’re out of luck. Stay AWAY!!!
