I feel scammed and lied to. They charged me way to much without even getting permission to make the changes to my account.

I had them negotiate my bills last year. Well this year i didnt want them to and they went ahead and done it anyways and now there trying to charge me for it. Stay away from this crooked company!

I couldn’t use the internet at all but they claim I had unlimited data never again I couldn’t use my phone at all. I had to contact Tmobile the next day to go back to what my bill was originally

These guys are scammers. I signed up last year but they couldn't lower any of my bills so I moved on. Couple of months ago I started getting emails outstanding invoice for use of their services. In reality I never used their services, neither my bill was lowered. So think before you sign up!
